DENISE'S STORY

Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, Denise knew from an early age that music would be her life's path. Inspired by the television series Fame, she dreamed of one day attending the very school that inspired it—and that dream became reality when she graduated from New York City's renowned Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in 1994.
Since then, Denise has built a diverse career as a vocalist, performing everything from classic rock, pop, soul, R&B, blues, and hard rock to Top 40 favorites. Her versatility has made her a sought-after performer throughout New Jersey and beyond, appearing with projects such as Real Diamond Band, and as a lead vocalist with numerous regional bands.
Her career has included performances at iconic venues such as BB King's in New York City and Cabo Wabo Cantina in Mexico, as well as opening for artists including Jordan Knight, Tavares, ABBA, and more. She has toured with tribute productions throughout the states. Away from the concert stage, Denise spent six consecutive seasons performing the National Anthem for the Brooklyn Cyclones and Staten Island Yankees.
Before her tribute and cover band career, Denise co-wrote and recorded two albums with her original band, Burgundy, engineered by Ron 'Bumblefoot' Thal. They had a successful run performing throughout NYC's legendary village scene.
Today, Denise continues to do what she's loved since childhood: connecting with audiences through live music. Whether performing an intimate acoustic set or fronting a full band, she brings authenticity, energy, and a genuine love of entertaining to every stage.
Denise is honored to have worked with so many incredible bands over the years. She continues to support local artists and friends, and she is always looking to expand her musical family!
